Cancellation Policy

Retreat House Booking Policy 1. Capacity & Rates The flat fee of $1,800 covers accommodation for up to 8 guests. Additional guests (beyond 8) may be accommodated at a rate of $190 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 10 guests total. All additional guests must be confirmed prior to booking to ensure availability and compliance with capacity limits. 2. Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $300 per group is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Bookings are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. 3. Payment Terms The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to your scheduled stay. E-transfer is the preferred method of payment for the balance. 4. Guest Confirmation Final guest count must be confirmed in advance and reflected in the booking. The retreat house reserves the right to decline or adjust bookings that exceed the maximum capacity. 5. House Rules This is a pet-free property. This is a non-smoking property.
